You’ve been a solopreneur for months or maybe even years. You’ve taken courses, gained skills, worked with clients, and made some money—but what you've got is not nearly enough to call it a real business. It feels unreliable, so you're not going all in. You're still (unwillingly) holding on to your day job or other sources of income.
You see your business as a calling, and your dream is to finally make it work. Not one day, not tomorrow—you don’t want it to take years, but you’re also not clinging to the fantasy that it will happen overnight. You know that with the right conditions, you can gain significant momentum this quarter, this year.
You’re not looking for yet another course or a mentor—you've had enough of them, and they’ve helped, but you don't need more information—or someone else's formula for success. By now, you’ve seen that there are many paths to success, and you want to forge your own.
But perhaps you keep signing up for courses because you crave being around people like you—people who dream of something more and are actively working towards it. You know that building a business can’t be done in isolation. In fact, you’re tired of trying to figure it all out on your own—when willpower comes and goes, when there’s no one to bounce ideas off, when there’s no camaraderie or external accountability. Even if you're a rather independent person—or maybe even a bit of a hermit—you still need people. The right kind of people.
What you actually want is a structured space to turn knowledge into action, build consistency, and surround yourself with the right people.
I've designed this mastermind with exactly that in mind, to help you commit to your business fully and gain traction that sets you on the path to consistent 5K months—without compromising your well-being.
Masterminds are usually designed for already established entrepreneurs—those who have a lot figured out and just want to reach the next level. Most of them cost thousands. And the majority tend to pull people together around one expert whose teachings are embedded in the fabric of the mastermind and so there is a strong influence on how to run your business. This format is helpful for people who deeply resonate with that one mentor, but not for those who want to have exposure to different ways of doing things, as they want to form their own.
And what about the emerging solopreneurs or the ones who, despite their many efforts, haven’t reached 5K a month yet (at least not consistently)?
They often turn to business programs hoping to find this kind of support, but those programs aren’t built for this and so it rarely works out or if it does, it only lasts for the duration of the program, then they fizzle out. Then they try to self-organize into unpaid peer groups, but those quickly fall apart—because there’s no clear leadership, direction, structure or even skin in the game. And when there is true leadership, the leader eventually burns out, exhausted from doing all the work for free while others drop out due to lack of commitment.
This is why I created this mastermind.
It's a mastermind, and in a way it's also an implementation program. It has a leader, direction, structure, skin in the game, AND there is freedom to forge your own path in your own pace. What glues us together is that we share important values about how we want to run things (e.g. authentically, ethically, with commitment to progress but without burnout), as well as where we are on our journey and where we want to be.
Because we have someone capable and experienced to bring all of this together (more on that below). But also, what we tend to underestimate is the power of simply having a good bunch of people walking the same path together.
(Have you ever been on the Camino de Santiago? Then you know exactly what I mean.)
We didn't wake up on this path with no previous history. Each of us comes with unique skills and experiences. Before starting our businesses, we’ve had rich careers and lives, and we’re great at different things:
Together, we hold an abundance of resources right now.
This mastermind taps into our collective wisdom. Together, we’ll:
This is a place for collaboration, not competition. A space where we give openly, without holding back on helpful information, and celebrate each other’s wins.
From consuming information → To integrating and applying it
You don’t need another course, you need a space to implement what you already know.
From scattered effort → To a focused rhythm
No more dancing around the idea of building a business where you move one step forward and two steps back, this mastermind gives you a clear monthly cycle to work with so you can actually make it happen.
From overthinking → To gently trying things out
Doubt and second-guessing slow you down. With accountability and feedback, you’ll take action that moves you forward with more clarity and confidence.
From doing it on your own → To building in community
Solopreneurship can be isolating. Here, you’re surrounded by people on the same journey.
From inconsistent results → To steady progress towards consistent 5K months
Instead of random wins in between periods of stagnation, you’ll build the habits and systems for sustainable progress.
✅ 12 weeks together, with gatherings following a rhythm of 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
✅ We begin in mid-April and end in early July, with a follow-up gathering in early August for a mid-summer check-in. The mid-summer gathering will be a space for reflections on progress, our time together and setting intentions for what comes next—including the possibility of continuing together for another quarter, starting in September.
✅ Each month is structured around a specific business-building theme (Business foundations and systems; Market discovery and niche experiments; Getting clients consistently).
✅ Gatherings are 90 minutes long, held at 16:00 CEST (10:00 EDT) on Sundays. If this time doesn’t work for some members, we’ll put alternative options up for a group vote.
✅ A private communication channel (Facebook or WhatsApp) for mindful, asynchronous connection and support between meetings. The group will decide which platform works best.
We will co-create as we go, shaping this mastermind into the kind of space we love to be in.
There are two ways to join:
🔹 Pay in full: 500 EUR (save 100 EUR)
This one-time payment secures your spot and offers the best value.
🔹 3-Month Payment Plan: 200 EUR per month (total 600 EUR)
Choose this option if you prefer to spread the investment over time. Your first payment secures your spot, and the next two will be billed monthly.
Note: The payment plan includes an additional cost to reflect the flexibility, admin time, and financial risk involved in monthly payments, especially in such a small, intimate container.
The bigger investment? Your precious time and energy.
Minimum time commitment:
Expect to dedicate up to 2 hours per week to the mastermind (we do take a break every 4th week). This includes:
✔ Our meetings (where we’ll be actively working on our businesses)
✔ Engaging in our asynchronous group (asking for and offering support, exchanging feedback and ideas, collaborating if this unfolds naturally, etc.)
For this mastermind to make sense for you, if you are a solopreneur only part-time right now, you should be able to spend at least about 10 hours per week on your business (including client work, mastermind time, business development, etc.). If you cannot dedicate this much time, whether you join the mastermind or not, gaining real momentum will be very hard.
You will gain far more than you put in—but only if you show up fully. This means:
✔ Being present for yourself and others
✔ Engaging with the group and offering support
✔ Committing to both your business and this mastermind as the container that will help it grow
Most solopreneurs never make it past the "messy middle". In this format, together, we will.
Hey, I'm Denitsa! Mentor and Coach for Embodied Career Change, helping people navigate the messy middle of (midlife) career re-inventions with clarity, confidence, and inner alignment.
I know a lot about business, but I'm not a business coach. If you're looking for a business coach, here's who I recommend after years of studying with different people and a total of five figures invested: Caroline Leon, George Kao, Tad Hargrave, each of them brilliant at what they do, as well as authentic and ethical mentors of mine.
That said, here is what I bring:
If you’re looking for a mastermind, not centered around one particular business coach and their teachings, yet where you can find your rhythm, truly gain momentum, and grow your business in a way that feels good—this might be it.
Because of the depth and commitment required, this is an application-only mastermind. Not everyone will be a fit, and that’s intentional. If you’re accepted, you’ll be joining a group of dedicated, like-minded solopreneurs who are serious about building an authentic, ethical, and sustainable business.
If this resonates, join the Interest List by clicking the button below, and I'll send you the application form. Based on your submission, I’ll invite you to a 1:1 call to explore your application in more depth and discuss any questions, ideas, or suggestions you may have.
If you’re not ready to commit to the application process just yet, I’m hosting an Intro Workshop on April 6 (Sunday) at 16:00 CEST (10:00 AM EDT). You’re warmly invited to join and get a sense of what I’m building, who I am, and how it feels to be in a space with others who are called to this journey. To receive the Zoom link for the workshop and access the recording if you can’t join live, join the Interest List.
