I am a purpose coach with creative and embodied approach, helping people make better choices about what to invest their energy in (career, business, personal projects). I am also a recruitment mentor and partner helping with career transitions.
I offer coaching and mentoring. We can also mix both as long as we are intentional and aligned about it so there is awareness, choice and consent.
What's the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Essentially, coaching is about helping you find your own solutions through powerful questioning, reflection, creative exercises and so on, without giving you direct advice. Mentoring, on the other hand, involves sharing knowledge and advice to guide you as you develop skills, knowledge and certain experiences. So a coach is a facilitator of self-discovery in a way, helping you find your own answers, whereas a mentor is a guide giving advice, sharing their expertise and experience with you.
Both have their place in a partnership and I am here to support you with both if that is what you want and need.
How could mixing both look like?
E.g. if you are unsure about your next step career-wise, I can offer you coaching to help you figure it out, and once you do, I can put my recruitment mentor hat on and help you very practically to go after the career experience you decided you want to have.
I also occasionally offer group coaching, group mentoring and workshops.

Maybe you have no idea what is next, or maybe you do but for some reason you aren't moving forward. Let's explore together!
Especially if you are:
* considering yourself to be multipassionate and find this to be so confusing sometimes ("Do I need to choose?", "How do I blend several interests?", "How do I connect the dots between the many things I've done and want to do?")
* a mid-career professional at crossroads, no longer satisfied with what you are currently doing but unsure of what to do about it ("Is this all there is? Maybe it doesn't get better and I should just stay where I am?", "Do I have to abandon all I have built over a decade and begin from scratch?")
* a mom / caretaker or for another reason returning to the world after an extended "break", questioning your path forward ("Who I am now? What do I want to do next?", "How do I confidently talk about my break from work?", "Can I have a fulfilling career and still be able to take good care of myself and my loved ones?")
In my coaching, I work with powerful questioning, metaphors, play, visuals, the environment (indoors and outdoors) and elements of design thinking to break through limiting perspectives and see doors where there were once walls. I am also Human Design informed, so if you're trying to make sense of a professional Human Design Analysis you had to figure out how it actually translates to your work, we can dive in it together.
Credentials:
I have graduated from the programs of two ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited schools: BeCoach Academy and Embodiment Unlimited after intensively training with them for a year. In addition over the past decade I have learned other coaching modalities and also acquired a Certificate in Design Thinking. Let me know if you need more information around any of that.

The Corridor: Finding Your Door to What’s Next
🧠Are you in a Corridor between possibilities?
A corridor lined with doors 🚪🚪🚪, each holding a possibility - a new career or a new business idea, a creative calling, or maybe a return to something deeply meaningful you’ve put off. You have been peeking through, hoping for a sign that one path is the path forward... but it hasn’t come yet and so you haven't moved forward.
This program’s creative and embodied approach offers an antidote to endlessly thinking through options - a way forward when the mind can’t provide the answer.
We’ll be a small group of people from different backgrounds, united by this feeling of being in a luminal space between possibilities.
I’ve been doing this work 1-on-1, and now I’m opening it up as a group experience. It’s intimate, because I want to make sure there’s room for individual attention and a chance for us to connect deeply as we go through this journey together.
If this resonates, follow the link below to learn more, and feel free to message me if you have any questions. 🌱
This is a LIVE group coaching program for those contemplating a business or career change in 2025. A small supportive group of people exploring the doors in their corridor together. More information here.
