For the past 15+ years I have partnered with a variety of stakeholders and ran recruitment projects across EMEAR and US, for tech and non-tech roles, from entry level to senior director level positions. I have recruited in-house across many different cultures and types of organizations, ranging from NGO, consulting, automotive, wind energy to telecommunications and IT. Through all of these years I have seen and evaluated thousands of CVs and linkedin profiles, have had countless conversations with hiring managers and know how they think, and I have hired multiple hundreds if not over a thousand people in my career.

To give an idea about your potential investment:
My current 1:1 rate is 100 euro per hour without VAT and as I work with very few people 1:1 I prioritize longer term partnerships (2-3 months engagement). When I have space in between those, I am happy to offer one-off sessions as you need them.
