Terms of Purchase

Unless otherwise specified in the respective sales page of the product / service you purchase, the following rules apply:

1. Purchases Are Final

Please read each sales page carefully to ensure you understand what is included in the program or service. If you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to clarify.

All sales are final, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for any reason. Please take your time at checkout and consider your purchase carefully.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Given the nature of coaching and mentoring services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once a program or session has been purchased. In exceptional cases, rescheduling or credit towards future services may be offered at my discretion.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments until the total amount has been paid in full, even if you decide to stop participating in the offering.

• Your payments will be charged on the same day each month (give or take a day). Please ensure sufficient funds are available a few days before this date.
• If a payment fails, a second attempt will be made 48 hours later. If the second attempt also fails, your access to the program will be paused until payment is successfully completed.
• This policy helps streamline operations and minimizes the time spent following up on failed payments.

3. Rescheduling of 1-on-1 Sessions

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. In such cases, I will offer, depending on my availability at that time:

• An alternative appointment within the same week, OR
• Asynchronous support (e.g., answering your questions via email or recorded message).

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at my discretion.

4. Early Enrollment Pricing & Coupon Codes

Early Enrollment Pricing

When early enrollment pricing is offered, it cannot be backdated for any reason. Please read sales pages carefully and take note of the deadline to avoid missing out.

Coupon Codes

• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. No reimbursements or refunds will be issued if a discount is not applied due to failure to enter the code.
• If you experience issues with a valid coupon code, please email me before purchasing.
• If a coupon code has expired, it cannot be backdated.

This policy ensures smooth financial operations and prevents unnecessary processing fees.

5. Commitment & Participation

Coaching and mentoring require active engagement. Your progress depends on your willingness to apply insights and take action. While I provide guidance, resources, and support, you are responsible for implementing changes and achieving your goals.

6. Non-Substitution for Professional Advice

My coaching and mentoring services are designed for personal and professional development but do not replace:

• Therapy
• Legal advice
• Financial counseling
• Medical treatment

If you need support in these areas, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.

7. Technology & Access

For online programs, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, internet connection, and software to participate. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or difficulties caused by technical issues on your end.

8. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to discontinue services if a participant engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unethical behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

“The Embodied Book Club” is a coaching and facilitation service offered by Denitsa Atsova. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the authors, publishers, or copyright holders of the books discussed. All book titles, author names, and other copyrighted materials mentioned are the property of their respective owners. This club is an independent initiative, and all discussions and activities are based on personal insights and community engagement.

Fair Use Notice

“The Embodied Book Club” makes use of copyrighted material, including brief excerpts from published works, for purposes of commentary, criticism, and education. While this program is a paid service, it aims to provide transformative educational experiences. This constitutes a 'fair use' of any such copyrighted material as provided for in section 107 of the US Copyright Law. In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, the material in this program is used for educational purposes and to foster discussion, thereby adding new insights and value.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are required to purchase or legally obtain their own copies of the books discussed in this mastermind. Any materials provided by the facilitator are for personal use only and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Original Content Notice

While inspired by the books we read, all exercises, worksheets, and additional materials provided in this mastermind are original content created by Denitsa Atsova, unless otherwise stated.

No Reproduction Notice

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material from the books discussed, beyond that allowed by fair use, is prohibited and may result in removal from the program without refund.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in "The Embodied Book Club" does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each participant’s journey is unique, and results may vary based on individual effort and engagement.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Participants may engage as they feel comfortable and opt out of discussions at any time. Participants are responsible for their own well-being and decisions throughout their time in the club.

Limitations of Liability

The organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the "The Embodied Book Club".

Right to Modify

The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, content, or format of the book club at any time.

Confidentiality Agreement

Participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of shared experiences within the group, but confidentiality in an online environment cannot be guaranteed.

Recordings

Workshops will be recorded with the exception of what takes place in breakout rooms, and snippets of these recordings might be used for marketing purposes in the future. Recorded sensitive personal sharing will never be shared by the organizer with people outside of the club and when in doubt she will reach out to clarify. 

By signing up for the club, you consent to all of the above.
